- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure may not be eligible for a refund.

- Punctuality: Customers are expected to be ready for pickup at the agreed time. Delays caused by the customer may result in additional charges or rescheduling fees.
- Personal Belongings: Customers are responsible for their personal belongings. TaxiLuxor is not liable for any lost or stolen items during the transfer.

- Insurance: While we ensure all our vehicles are insured, passengers are advised to have their own travel insurance covering any personal risks.
6. Changes and Cancellations by TaxiLuxor
- TaxiLuxor reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings in cases of unforeseen circumstances, including vehicle breakdown, driver unavailability, or adverse weather conditions. In such cases, we will attempt to notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative solution or a full refund.
7. Prohibited Conduct
- Damage to Property: Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle or property during the trip.
- Illegal Substances: The use of illegal substances in our vehicles is strictly prohibited.
- Disruptive Behavior: Passengers must respect the driver and other passengers. Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of the trip without refund.
